HDBaseT Committees Work Groups are available for participation by Promoter and Contributor members of the Alliance.  In order to express your interest of participation in an HDBaseT Committee, please review the below information and contact HDBaseT Administration.

 

HDBaseT Marketing Committee

Chair: Micha Risling, Valens Semiconductor

The purpose of the Marketing Work Group is to help define, promote and drive awareness of HDBaseT technology by highlighting its benefits and showing how it meets the needs of manufacturers, service and content providers, installers and end users.

Work to increase awareness of the Alliance’s activities, HDBaseT technology, technical initiatives and benefits of membership through media relations, involvement in social media platforms, industry events and speaking engagements.

HDBaseT Technical Committee

Chair: Eyran Lida, Valens Semiconductor

The Technical Committee is chartered with the responsibility for the technical specification of HDBaseT and the related conformance tests suites.  

This includes the committee being a body that will discuss, analyze, develop, draft and approve the specification, under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors of the Alliance, based on directives given by the Board.

Certification Subcommittee

Chair: Dana Zelitzki, Valens Semiconductor

The HDBaseT Alliance Certification Subcommittee is focused on the development, implementation and management of the Alliance Certification program, interoperability guidelines and logo program.

Power Over HDBaseT Subcommittee

Chair: Yair Darshan, Microsemi

The Power Over HDBaseT (PoH) Subcommittee is focused on the integration of power requirements into the HDBaseT Specification.
